Nice location, very close to the university.
The restaurant was rowdy, a woman even dancing on the table.
A nice clean, basic hotel close to the university. Reliable.

Was not as clean as I expected.
The room was clean, they were kind enough to switch our room when the AC didn't work. Hot tub could use a cleaning.

It was clean and tidy, had trees to shield hotel from road.
Nothing.
Big Rapids doesn't have a lot of options, but it was nice. It was clean, friendly, and it had a golf course even. We got a good price on it too which always helps.

For the price I 'negotiated', it was a good deal...$60 instead of $104.
We were put in a room above the drive-in registration area, so our view looked directly out onto the large roof.

The proximity to Ferris State University made it an ideal place to stay
My stay was very brief. I have nothing bad to report.
I checked in. The staff was pleasant. I slept for six hours and left. I didn't have an opportunity to use the facilities. The room was clean, and my stay was overall fine.

The 20.00 certificate for Bennigan's.
Huge hair was in pool. The front desk was not friendly. Also never at post.
We were in the area due to a family death. We were tired, sad and the surprise gift certificate to Bennigan's was a real blessing. My daughter works at a Holiday Inn and they have a breakfast bar. That would have been nice. ...read more
